We think it’s really important for an online company to be seen as honest and as genuine as possible - especially in the business of collecting signatures and autographs where it is well known that so many items on auction websites are fake!

So we put a real face, a real name and real telephone numbers to our company

Dave Sherwood set up Genuine Memorabilia in 2008 with the aim of running a viable business and to help raise funds for local charities in parallel.  As a hobby, Dave has been collecting all types of memorabilia and mementos from around the world for over 30 years! With the help of colleagues, friends and family, the collection has been added to and grown to over 5000 items by attending signings, sporting events, film and TV premiers, theatres, parties, celebrity charity events and Dave's speciality, the occasional chance meeting!

The two other main collectors in our team are brothers Kris and Ryan, who, every week, are at celebrity or sporting events.  Like Dave, they also try to obtain photographic evidence when collecting autographs

The majority of items have been collected by Dave, Kris and Ryan and some items have been obtained from trusted and reliable sources.  For example, in some cases we have written to celebrities or their agents directly to request items for us to auction/sell to help raise money for our chosen charities.

We have over 6000 items in stock and it will take us a while yet to get them on the site (and that's if they don't get snapped-up at auction beforehand).  If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact our knowledgeable staff at sales@genmem.co.uk and you never know, we may have just what you're looking for!

Should you doubt the authenticity of your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase upon the safe return of the item.  It should be packaged appropriately and returned to us in the condition it was sent from our office.  Please contact us beforehand to let us know
