Delivery and Shipping

UK - Standard Delivery

Our standard dispatch times to UK addresses are usually within 24 hours of receipt of order at a cost of £4.25. We use cardboard tubes to keep your items safe and sound. Someone will need to sign for the delivery as we usually ship via Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service. Sorry but we don't deliver to PO Boxes.

UK - Urgent Delivery

For urgent UK orders, select the Special Delivery option in the checkout (for which there is a charge of £9.95) and place your order with us before 2pm and we will despatch your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery service for which they guarantee to deliver to you by 1pm the following day - please note that Special Delivery required on a Friday (for Saturday delivery) will be an extra £5.05 (£15.00)

Overseas

Deliveries to Europe, including Ireland, and all other international destinations cost £10. Some items are priced on an individual basis, for example a guitar. Just email or ring us so we can tell you what the cost is likely to be.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied on the goods on entry into the destination country. We accept no responsibility for any additional import costs and will not be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
