Returns and Refunds
Please contact us prior to returning anything by phoning us on 07989 579552 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We need to receive the returned item in the same condition as supplied along with any supporting photography and Certificate of Authenticy within 14 days of the delivery date.
Upon safe receipt of the original item you can have a full item refund but we will deduct the cost of our shipping to you, unless we have been negligent in some way.
Your only cost will be the return postage, again, unless we have been negligent in some way, in which case we will cover that cost too.
Please ensure you contact us before you send anything back so we can confirm the details of the refund and avoid any confusion.
Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was received, ie the credit/debit card used or by cheque.
We recommend customers return items by Royal Mail's Recorded or Special Delivery service as these methods provide insurance and tracking - check with the Post Office or your courier when you send something so you ensure you are sufficiently insured because we cannot refund damaged or lost items.
You will need to claim directly from the Post Office or the courier if your item is damaged or lost in transit.
Our returns policy excludes any bespoke or specially commissioned items.
